Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Three years ago I worked at a Dude Ranch in Wyoming - HF Bar Ranch - as a barista making espresso drinks on a used machine (I don't remember the specs). Since then I practice on my brother's espresso machine whenever I visit him but generally I am an espresso consumer.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
We're hoping to stay put, but would gladly host a visiting barista to Cambodia!
About Me:
I was a barista at a ranch in Wyoming for 4 months 3 years ago, and am now helping jumpstart a social enterprise cafe in Battambang, Cambodia at a community/co-working space. We're hoping to train local staff, but are new to this ourselves. We'll need as much advice as we can get!
About My Company:
Kinyei is an organization that supports social entrepreneurship, community arts groups, and peer learning workshops by providing a space for collaboration and meet ups, and in the future a cafe doubling as an intimate exhibition space and music venue.
