I have learned all the drinks that we make at the shop along with more that are outside of our menu. I am still trying to work on my designs when it comes to the milk when you pour. I have the heart down, but thats about it.

About Me:

I am 24 going on 25. I love the taste of good coffee the better its made the more I enjoy it. I don't go to starbucks or any chain places. I only go to indepent coffee houses. One place I like to go to is the Railroad Cafe in Newhall, Ca. its a cool kick back place to drink coffee and enjoy the wide range of enviorment.

About My Company:

Its an independent cafe called the railroad cafe. We have hours from 4:30am-12 3pm-6pm. The hours are soon to change. It is mostly coffee for the time being with pastries and sanwhiches. Every coffee is made to your specifications. We take pride in making sure our customers enjoy there coffee and come back to visit us more often.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The smell of fresh brewed coffee and the knowing that with just a cup of coffee you can brighten someones day.
