Hello! I was once a barista and miss it often. I have dreams of owning my own coffee shop someday. For now I'm a regular at my favorite coffee bar, Opus Cafe, at Shands and get by at home with my little Solis SL70. I also like Coffee Culture on occasion.

Sweet! We should do this for real. Doesn't Gainesville need another coffee shop? Then I will always have a good "reason" to give my employer to get away and visit Gainesville. I think we should start working on our frozen coffee drink recipe ASAP. But no oreos allowed!!!

Yeah, Oops. I guess I forgot to put you as my friend and stuff... What a loser. I also need to tell my barista tale. We should open a coffee shop. I will get a special apron that says "Phatcat Barista". We should also make everyone bring their cup and lid to cut down on costs. SO, you in???
