Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I'm in the process of becoming a certified Counter Culture barista and steward, with hope of attaining both certifications by Fall 2010. I have full bar training and have reasonable proficiency with latte art (we all have off days now and then, right?).
Right now I work at Lovers and Madmen at 40th and Ludlow in West Philadelphia. We're a Counter Culture retailer and use Rustico as our 'spresso and Mocha Java, French-Pressed, as our house blend. We rotate various CC roasts for a featured pour-over, and I've discovered I really, really, really like Michicha Sidama. Take that as you will.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Between the Tropics of Capricorn and Cancer. Also, Morocco, because really... why not?
