About Me:

I spent much of my career in clinical research. After one too many frustrations with coffee spills, stained teeth, plasticizers melting into my coffee with current straws and seeing patients that have Parkinson’s disease struggle with drinking coffee, I decided to design and patent the Hot Straw. I also enjoy almost every outdoor activity that you can think of from skiing to rock climbing and hiking, which is why I love to live in the beautiful state of Colorado.
