A restaurant professional who has recently made the switch from bars to coffee houses. I've always been fascinated with the culture surrounding them. As a St. Louis native, I was introduced to coffee via The Grind on the SLU campus and it has stuck with me ever since.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Rwanda, UK, France, Chicago, Philadelphia. I could go on forever :) Anyplace that has a boutique/craft coffee culture. Or, should I say, cult!
