Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I am learning more about espresso and train my barista skills since i started to work with this wonderful things 1,5 years ago. Every day i try to learn more about everything and looking for oppertunities to train my skills on the machines. Several time i have oppertunities to work with baristas which are better then me and they allways show me more and so i train myself each time at working. I can do several latte art pictures but i also want to learn more every day about growing, roasting, machines technical, water, milk and new ideas about making one of the wonderful things to do - work with espresso & coffee.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I am interested in every city an d country, i just want to see everything. Especially i want to visit Australia and New Zealand to learn more about the special scene in that countries. At least i am planing a world tour with one of our espresso cras and to write about all that experiences with espresso & coffee around the world.

About Me:

Since i started to work with espresso i learn every day about the black gold and all things around. I want to train my skills every day for myself, because it is every time a good feeling for myself if you created that quality you wanted to do.

About My Company:

Our company is the biggest company in europe for manufacturing espresso-cars. We delivered allready about 300 mobiles all over europe. We are allways want to train our skills also in producing these kind of cars. The last 1,5 year we are growing in doing catering with our cars all over europe. We are getting more an more bookings for our catering with espresso cars and so we are allways looking or partners and baristas all over the wolrd.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The smell of a roasted pack of coffee and that coffee an espresso is a never ending part to work and to learn with!
