- I've spent the last year honing my skills. I can make you a killer latte, I can't make you a killer cappuccino for whatever reason. I can pour some feathers and rosettas, not perfect by any means. I can assure you though, that I love the everloving dog**** out of espresso and coffee, and I'm looking for any opportunity to give this love an outlet.

- What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
- The glorious bean(seed) itself. How many walks of life can come into a coffee shoppe and enjoy the same espresso drinks. There is no class separation with coffee, it's something a whole lot of people can identify.
