Hello Art, I am late coming to the Brista Exchange forum.  I am a small roaster in Spring, Texas.  I would love to sample your coffee.  Is there someplace in the states where it can be found.  Since you are from San Antonio can someone there get me a sample.  I am also interested in how you found a Finca in Honduras.  I have been to Honduras three times and travel to Guatemala every year.  This last trip to Guatemala I took some young people and we worked on a Finca for two days, helping to prune the trees. Lots of fun and hopefully it helped the Finca owner.  He has a wet mill on site and we stayed at the mill for one night, that was an experience.

When is the next time your coming to San Antonio.  I would like to call you and talk coffee and Honduras.
