I am a very enthusiastic coffee follower and researcher. I believe that coffee should never be decaffeinated or flavored. I prefer for coffee to not be blends, but only single-origin. I am currently enrolled in business classes and plan on opening my own shop in 4-5 years.
About My Company:
Locally-owned, locally-run, disenfranchised, non-commercial. We only use fresh-roasted coffee. We pull ristretto shots and I roast coffee for our shop to an appropriate level.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
What's the status on getting new green? How much of the sidamo are you getting in? Let's roast it when I come on the 16th. I work Saturday morning, but any other time that weekend works for me. Plus we still have to talk about shop plans...
