Located just 30 minutes from Portland at the Gateway to the Gorge, Washougal is home to 14,000 citizens with a rapidly changing demographic. Don't make our citizens drink Starbucks! Bring your enthusiasm / creativity / business drive and we'll help you make a home in this emerging downtown!
We have three LEED Gold retail spaces from 600 to 1,500 SF located across the street from the soon-to-open Amnesia Brewery and Tap Room.
