to do this you want to pull just a little more foam than regular.
hold cup at 45 degree angle.
pour milk slowly aimed at handle.
milk should start spining.
It takes alot of practice to get it to spin at the right speed, but we are all familar with practice right? :)
once the cup is almost half full start wiggling pitcher as you would for a rosetta.
while you are doing this slowly move cup back towards being even on the counter.
towards the very top of cup move pitcher (still wiggling or not, up to you) towards the front center. and thats it.
