(it's still very much in the middle of a major overhaul (which is part of the reason why you won't find me listed among the trainers)... and yes, the reason that Sherry and I have the last name is that we're family. Like mother like son...

We actually sold this machine and now have a new one just like it - except better...
because it's bright green - The competizione version is even more sexy. Our main machine in the shop is a 3-group Rancillio Classe 8, but we use the NSA for the Midwest Barista School, and it's lovely to work on. Very consistent. The LONG drip of the groupheads when purging does drive me a little crazy, but it's a small price to pay for an otherwise great machine. Plenty of fun to train on.

I've been wanting to work with an NSA. I just know I'm going to have to travel a long long way to have a chance to use that machine. Le sigh
