Terry Z; Wow, an IR-12. I'm just a home roaster selling a little coffee here and there online and to local's. Droping a pound is a big deal to me. I can't imagine what it's like to drop 25 or 30 pounds! I don't have any plans moving to something that size - hey, I'm 64... and just looking to have some fun and provide some good coffee. My hat is off to you PRO's.
Oh, by the way - what color is your roaster?

I'm really excited about taking my roasting skills to a bit higher level - for a home roaster. So far the Diedrich seems to be a really great unit. The thing is built like a tank. Weighs in at 80lbs! Still learning how to use the controls but have got some really good looking roasts so far. It is a "looker", I'll say that for it. Appreciate your comment.
