- I work in the construction trades in New York City with a strong interest in the specialty coffee field. Coffee good. If all the stars line up correctly I will open an espresso bar soon.

- With the specialty coffee part the buyers pay a premium to the growers and the buyers are in this for the long haul. You could see good things happening.
