I was just wondering what everyone uses for their bar setup (folding tables with linens on top? pre-fabricated rolling carts?), and whether they built it themselves or sought out a third party for its creation.
There are several companies that make ultra lite tables that have the capacity to hold all the equipment you will need. Most of them can supply a tight skirt to go around the legs while leaving the work stop uncovered (helps in keeping things clean!).
We designed ours and had a restaurant furniture company build them. Custom is nice but you will also pay quite a bit more!
I'd say go with what makes the most since with your menu, clients and what type of events you mostly do.

I request that my clients provide a table near an outlet. I bring the rest. If they don't have one, I bring a folding 6 ft table.
