For the last years, I've been telling all my clients "All I need is a table near an outlet" and it's worked well. There have been a couple of times I needed to bring a portable table but they usually are setting up other things and have one for me.

We always have your basic 6 ft table with us. If you have a van or way to haul it no prob. I ask if they need a table or not.

Wow, this is how I started in the coffee business. 22 years old and bought a basic coffee kart. I would load it up on a uhaul trailer and off I went. Good luck you all!
