This will be great. I too seem to be in a "dead zone" for espresso machine maintenance so I have had to learn the basic repairs on my own. Actually took on a full clean (take apart and re-assemble) of our machine and am getting ready to put it back into production. I have found some sources for parts but getting any help is pretty slim coming.

Full Circle: Clean and Green. If it works, I like it.

I know someone who uses it in a high volume, well-respected SF cafe, who says that while it takes a little bit more of a scrub than Joe Glo or Purocaff, it doesn't hurt your hands and works quite well.

Very excited to try this free goodie! At Crema we get a high volume of eco-concious customers, so to introduce this to my boss, perhaps it will be a point of pride that we are going even further in our steps to contribute to the eco efforts.

might even swap out cafetto evo for this stuff...but nice to see it's eco. white vinegar isn't the best way to look after a machine :)

Looks good to me, i like it beeing eco, nowaydays i'm more and more using biologic products. But wil it be stronger than the coffee residu ? :D let the battle begin :p

I'm having a tough time just finding a service manual for my new Aurelia by Nuova Simonelli. I guess I will call the company but I know if they sell me one it will be for way more money than they should. =0

I can't tell you how many pdf manuals I have downloaded over the years. That is what confused me when I did (what I thougt) was a comprehensive search for one and just was or is not there. Could very well be because it is somewhat new. Thanks for the direction and thought though.

I'll be down at the SCAA convention ( world coffee blowout) in a couple of weeks so I will stop at the Nuova S. booth and see if they can help me.

This button on my linea doesn't work. I need to hold the button down in order to extract a shot. Any tips on this? Is there a way to fix it or do I need a replacement?
