Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
When I lived in Olympia, WA I worked as a Barista at an espresso shop. I learned so much there; we bought our coffee beans at that time from Batdorf and Bronson and they taught us how to make a perfect shot of espresso as well as the proper way to froth the milk. It seems I'm a little behind by all that I'm reading. I was a barista from 1994 - 1998. I am in the process of opening my coffee shop and have much to learn. I also want to offer teas for those folks that come into my cafe, but my primary focus will be coffee.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would love to go to Hawaii, China, and India.
About Me:
I have such a love for coffee and bringing about that coffee euphoria feeling when you have that awesome cup of espresso/latte. I want my customers to experience that always in my shop.
About My Company:
I moved to the East Coast about seven years ago and I'm like "Where's the coffee shops/drive throughs?" It's driving me crazy; back in Olympia there's one on every street corner-no kidding. So I want to bring that quality cup of espresso and coffee to this side of the world, well to my neighborhood anyways.
