A lady came in and asked for a small latte with the milk on the side. I had a hard time not making fun of her.

My contribution to customer service is entertaining my customers. I drum rhythms on the counter top or with different size paper cups, and sing peoples names when their order is ready. I also pour artwork in paper cups as well as mugs. Everyone that comes in enjoys their stay when I work.

I was waiting tables and a gentleman asked me for "one of them there CAPPUCCINI,s", I actually thought he was talking about the cavatelli pasta dish we had, and brought him that instead...and here I am wondering why he was getting so pissed about the wait. Please customers, learn how to say espresso not expresso, and cappuccino not cappuccini is the moral of the story. Ohh yeah and don't bring a dish of cavatelli to a customer who wants coffee, he was mad.
