WOW! I just had to have my espresso machine (Faema) repaired. Over $400 in labor plus $100 in parts. For those on the east/central part of the state - is there anyone you can recommend? I used Park's Maintenance. It cost $235 just to get someone in the door. And that was the cheaper of two companies (Paramount out of Lansing was the other). Do others just fix the machine themselves. It would certainly pay to know the machine well enough do just that. We backflush the machine every night and clean shower screens and gaskets as needed. Is there any other daily maintenance we should be doing?
