I work as a barista, albeit lacking thoroughly sufficient training, from 6 in the morning until 10 at night, 5 days a week
I love what I do and I want to keep on doing it, but I feel like I don't know enough and like the owners at the two shops I'm at can't do much more for me.

I think I'm outgrowing my bounds. I feel the need to stick my head out and find someplace and other people who will really be able to offer me better hands on training.

I'm not sure what to do to find a new avenue for learning what I need to know, but I figured asking you all might be a good start. I'm willing to move although it might not be financially feasible immediately.. I'm just looking for advice on where to go or who to talk to for extending my experience both as a barista and in the industry.

Thanks for any responses!
