For this group, pay particular attention to Colin's talk in the first video and Part 1 and James Hoffman around 8min in Part 1, and the group discussion found around 1hr:25-ish on the Post Lunch discussion (about 20 minutes of barista-specific talk).

This was like a Penny University for coffee, and I'm grateful to Stephen and Colin for putting it together and making it available. We need MORE of this.
