Our company produces different types of coffee, all our farms are processed apart, to maintain origin and some caractheristics that we have discovered through the years. For example we have a coffee that is grown in a creek we call "en medio" which is a HG coffee, we can find a brillant mild acidity perfect for espresso blends and a peachy touch in its long lasting aftertaste. The Pacamara which is the king of coffees, very nice in espresso blends in small quantities because of its acidity.
We also have two farms winners of Cup of Excellence one in 03 called Santa Rita ( 1550 masl) "cramy acidity,Chocolate, cooled got better "and in 05 , Helvetia Estate Farm ( 1450 masl)f"irmly ,floral, caramel, buttery aftertaste, very clean firm cup."
