Mission Statement

To progress the level of baristas in New Orleans to industry
standards. To give an avenue for our baristas to improve their craft through training and skill building workshops. To help foster passions for quality coffee, and to help convey that New Orleans has a rich and thriving coffee culture. To provide amazing customer service through quality beverage preparation, to help inform our customers about the most current information in coffee trends and to act as a bridge builder between producers and the consumer.

January 28 2010- Avenue Pub On St. Charles

You come, Kirk,will buy a beer. That's right. Free Beer Lets get excited . We are going to discuss ideas for Mardi Gras, an an upcoming catering gig, and a Fleur de Lis Latte art Contest

February 4 2010-D's Coffee

We're gonna call it the First Annual Fluer de Lis Latte art Contest
Open Latte art Contest 5$ dollar entry- Winner gets SNOB SAINTS SUPER PACK and Cash Prize anything goes (no etching), three drinks you pick the best one, we will vote for the winner.
Anyone who can free pour Fluer de Lis You win special prize.
