You can get and/or make all of the above. Others you can do without, if you are committed to quality coffee.

any leads? I don't mind making somethings myself, but if I do I want it to be quality enough that I can offer it to other local shops as something really special. Do you know of people doing that already?

Higher Grounds Trading Company imports fair trade organic coffees available roasted or as green beans. I spent a day cupping and playing with blending, and am very impressed. They also have a homemade organic vanilla syrup that looks awesome.

They also put me on to this guy who blends mate in Grand Rapids.
