Let's start things off with the big question.
Where do you think is the single greatest place to get some coffee in London?
I work in Croydon and sadly I've only found crappy chains to buy from :(

Monmouth Coffee Company are great, both at Covent Garden and Borough Market - I bought my competition beans from them this year. Bar Italia in Soho is also good. The only chain I've ever found worthwhile is Tinderbox - there's one on Upper Street in Islington near to where I work, but I only go there when we're closed because I'd rather drink my own coffees!
I've heard good things about Bar Italia, I've been meaning to make the time to visit. I think the only chain I recommend is Puccino's. They are not perfect but they have some passion which counts for a lot.
So where do you work? I'm always keen to try new places!
