Yes, you really realize that you are over the hill when most of the people you are working with are your kid's ages or slightly older. It dosn't seem that long ago that I was the young coffee-geek on the cutting edge,...now I'm the voice of experience...great!...like the first time you get called "sir" by the pretty girl Barista (or "ma'am" for the women) know what I mean?

I recently turned 46. Age is only a number and I don't do math.

But then I am blessed with pretty good genes as it relates to getting older.
