Hi Everybody,

I started my own espressobar 4 months ago in the Netherlands. Things are going great and I really like it! My paperwork however is a different story... I'm looking for software, spreadheet of sort that can help me keep track of my business. From other QSR I know software especially developed so you can really keep track of things that mather most for your business. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Just one. Coffee Shop Manager. Pricey but does it all. 5K outlay but will pay for it self in no time if you do any volume at all. I do not work for them so my opinion is my own. We have not been sorry.

Thanks, I'll have a look at it.
Hi Addie,

I was wondering if you were able to find out if this POS is also sold outside the US. I am in Australia
and also looking for a POS system for a to be established cafe.
Hi Eve, not yet. I'm now trying to get extra functions in my current pos system. This might be cheaper than a complete new system. Good luck with the new cafe! If anything changes I'll let you know.
Addie,
I'm sure if you go to their website, http://www.coffeeshopmanager.com/
and ask about international sales it won't take you long to find your answer. If you don't get the answer you want do ask them who does sell to Australia.
Cheers,
JoeR

Thanks, we are still pondering if it is worth the investment. We have a pretty good system in place at the moment. And with 2 people on 35m2 I wonder if we really need it....
Eve, help me out. What is a 35m2?

it's about 380 square foot = tiny
We use BPA, after searching all over and going over costs, this one actually does EVERYTHING, I used it in my first shop and will def use it in my current shop we are building (I am not affiliated with them at all). This product did everything we needed to keeping tracking of inventory ordered, time clock, payroll, and of course the POS which has everything you will ever need. and its like $70 and $30 a month for support and upgrades, you will love it, they have a demo version I believe. Good luck.
Eve,
BPA soundsl like the ticket on a budget..not to mention it seems to have all the bells and etc.
