hi im Mutaz a new member ,well i have a good experience in barista. I worked in jerusalem fo 4 years serving coffe and latte art.Im looking forword to open a coffe shop in jordan since a few shops serves coffe well maybe 2 or 3 sops only. what i want is help how to start a new coffe shop from scratch and beside serving sweets such as boreks ( turkish pasrty ) and danish sweets. the big issue i cant finf on net the recipies for making bulk quantity of sweets . plz any one could help
