Every time I turn on the tube I see million dollar "bargain brands" pushing their old, pre-ground, dry, robusta bean, bottom of bag coffee and I just have to wonder; where are the quality beans being represented?

I know a lot of the smaller farms individually don't have the advertising budget that the big brands have - but what about a co-op? What about educating "the masses" about bean quality and how they can improve their life! How about showing them the fields, the transportation, the roasting and most important - the people! Everything that is so "sexy" about every phase of of it - right up to the crema that is the end result is just not best represented by a bright red plastic container down at the local mega-mart. Any Ideas?
