We'll be launching a new Gourmet and Espresso Delivery Service in Houston on the 16th. I'm so excited I can barely contain it. So happy to be out of the corporate environment. It's not a scooter but a van...but it's freedom!!!!!

Thanks Robby, I custom made it myself and they are getting more difficult to find in the USA.

Hey Roger, you've got a very cool Vespagetupandgo! I want one! I also have to agree with you on the use of 5 gallon Cambro camtainers for keeping hot water hot--they're awesome and good to go all day. You can also get a one gallon size for keeping hot milk, in case you want to swerve over into making flat whites or samesuch...

A single group woks just fine. I use a Rancilio Silvia and it does a great job. I connect up to an on-board Honda 2000w generator which powers it all. For events, I take a 110v extension cord. I also am big on Cambro catering containers for 5 gallons of boiling bottled water.

Where do you get power from for the equipment? I've got a spare 1 group early nineties Elektra that runs 110, but heck if it can make three twelve ounce lattes in a row before needing time to re-pressurize.

A 1966 VW Bus would make a fantastic coffee bar. That's like a mansion compared to mine...but it can be done. I recommend spending time staring at the space and then imagine yourself preparing espresso and coffee. Where would it go...what would hold it where...etc. It CAN be done. Yes the climate allows me to do it almost year round. Engineer it so it is clean and functional.

Truly inspirational Moto. I've got a '66 VW bus begging to make us mobile... How do you squeeze it all into an Ape??? (I guess in Cali, the weather allows you to stand outside...)
