Serena, I have played with the Black Cat on an LM, and I would encourage you to experiment with triple baskets. With a 20-22g throw weight (vs.16-18) and an extended extraction time (up to like 36 secs), a lot of extra body, sweetness, and even improved color was available... Your intelli rep would know more I'm sure... anyone else in AZ pulling triples?

Harrison took a few shots, and it's definitely a peek in the dressing room backstage. The custom paint job is in process, but here you see inner beauty.

Wow Serena sounds cool can I work for salad? Have little experience as barista but know the black cat personally.

Serena, will you guys be the first in Arizona to be slinging the Black Cat? Nice choice on the FB-80... I miss a double boiler machine! Congrats!
