Well, here in Russia, Smolensk I`m paid $2 per hour.

I get paid in coffee beans, one coffee bean for every second i work. Seems fair to me....

The franchise I work for pays from 6.5-7.5/hr for baristas. They make out the difference by taking out of our tips until the minimum wage is reached, taxing that amount.

It's hard to not get angry about it. But hey, they have us using superautomatics and Hershey's chocolate syrup. They aren't focusing on greatness.

That comes to about 900 grams per hour. Not bad. Esmeralda?

Ya it was either that, or a mililiter of milk every second I work. I figure id rather have the coffee, plus its easier to get it home on payday.
