I've recently aquired a Casadio Instantaneo grinder, I'm really happy with the grind quality and the very precise dosing, however there seems to be very limited information on programming this grinder. It's not the sort of machine that you can simply adjust as you'd expect, with dose changes done by complicated multi-button holds and power on's, not unlike setting pre-infusion on an espresso machine. After trawling through and 'babelfishing' many German websites for scant hints of information, what I'm really wanting is some plain and simple instructions on setting the various parameters.
I believe the manual grind is activated by holding down both 1 and 2 shot buttons simultaneously, but on my machine this does nothing but bring up a series of 000's which incrementally increase for as long as held.

Any help appreciated here from past or present owners, or somebody with access to the elusive manual.
