Hi guys

Is it possible to steam heavy cream in such a way that 
the finished result is similar to that of steamed milk. Either 
way i would like to hear your experiences on the subject

Just a few days ago a customer asked for (what turned out to be after quite a long conversation) an 8oz mocha made with heavy cream.

While I didn't try it myself, the texture was reasonable enough for me to pour a rosetta. I didn't do anything differently. I used Sunshine Dairy cream.
