Hello Fellow Espresso Lovers!!

After spending years working for Corporate coffee shops, I quit!  I am currently researching start up costs to open my own independant Coffee shop. (Thank you ABC School for giving me inspiration to do so!!)  (That would be Matt and Tom)!

Can I get some numbers thrown at me? Perhaps some good equiptment to start with?

I am thinking a three group Semi automatic LaMarzocco or Simonelli, for my espresso machine. For Grinders, I've worked on the mazzer and love them, both the Major and the Jolly... Kinda hard to dial in but once you have done so its a great grinder.

I want to use Bunn Water tower for my pour over station, and I will probably have Bunn Brewars for those folks who just can't wait....

I'm thinking cold brew for my iced coffee.  I love what Volta does in Gainsville with their cold brew! Not sure about any frozen coffee bevs...I just don't like them!

Thoughts?

Thank you

Anna

Hi...Coffee shops are like cars. You can get a Lexis or a vw bug,  Just depends on what you want or can afford. If you want to see what 400.000 can get you...go to Facebook and enter in Java Heaven... let me know if you like it...Thanks

Thank you Keith,

I will check it out!
