So I have a very small space for our coffee house. 12feet wide, 60 feet long. Our local code officer has capped our occupancy at 15...and that includes staff!

It has worked ok for us so far. I even have room for my roaster. However, we are limited in everything else we do. We can't prepare any food, we don't have much room for live music (although we do have a guy who comes in occasionally with his guitar), and we store a lot of stuff off site. In the summer, we can put a few tables in front. Unfortunately, we can't expand at our current location. This is one of the reasons why we are looking to add a location...for those of you who may have read my previous post.

Anyway, I'd love to hear from others who have small spaces, and hear how you use your space. I'll see if I can post some pics...
Thanks, Bill
