Greetings, Fellow Caffienators:

Providence Coffee Society is holding the First of hopefully Many Professional Talks, wherein a
coffee professional sits (or, potentially, stands) with a number of
other professionals or enthusiasts and discusses a topic of their
choice. It is a combination of lecture, discussion, casual
conversation, and bull session. These talks are generally geared more
toward coffee industry professionals, but are certainly open to the
public. They are free to attend. We are very happy to announce that Rik
Kleinfeldt of New Harvest Roasters will be speaking at our inaugural
event, which is taking place Tuesday July 6th at 7:00PM, at Abe's, an
awesome little tavern at 302 Wickenden Street in Providence, RI.

We hope to see you there!

Sorry I can't make it. I'm 50 miles west of Portland Oregon in Washington State.
Great concept for all coffee people and aspiring coffee professionals. I hope you get to the point of Pod casting this event and hosting it in a manner that folks can chat and share ideas with the live group at large. Much the way it was done at the WBC which I watched with great enthusiasm and chatted with all those who were logged in at the same time.
Best wishes with the first event and may you have many more
