This is Alex from the Clearing Cafe in NW. Portland Oregon, and we currently have a part time position opening up in about a week and a half. We serve Ristretto Coffees, Nuvrei pastries and a plethora of various food items. Seeing as this is BARISTA Exchange and I understand the barista mindset I must warn you that there is a lot of food prep and work to be done outside of the coffee work.
We are a relatively new shop, open for soon to be three Octobers (two years) and are currently owned by the same folks that own the Dragontree spa next door. Starting wage is $8.50/hr. We are a fun-loving, hard working, laid back and tight knit crew.
