We are researching vendors and pricing to create our own personalized cups using custom art. Are any of you bX'ers particularly pleased with your vendor? Have someone to recommend -- or avoid? Please let us know.
Thanks, in advance, for any assistance!

I'm talking to dade paper right now. I'll let you know if they get me a good quote.
Stamping your own cups is amazingly fast if you just develop a system. It takes about 1 minute to stamp a sleeve of cups, in my experience. If you have someone stamp cups for an hour or so, once a week, you should be all set for that week. No minimums, no set up fees. Just a rubber stamp. Hooray.
I would recommend the stamp in a small operation. Its quick and very cost effective, adding nearly nothing to your COGS.
When ordering custom cups, you typically have to order 50-100 cases of each size if you want a hit a halfway reasonable price point. This sort of investment is usually too costly for most new single unit operators, for good reason. Obviously branding is very important, but not to the tune of $15-30k for cups if you are not fully established yet. If you are against the stamping and don't want to drop 5 digits, the more sound investment would be in custom sleeves. Most companies have 40 case minimums and run around 4-6 cents per sleeve. Going through 40 cases of one size fit all sleeves is much more reasonable than 150 cases of different sized cups. Storage is a pallet vs. full container load and the investment is also only $3k vs $15-30k.
I have used Lollicup and Solo in the past for cups and Java Jacket for sleeves. Britevision is also good with sleeves. All good companies.
