Ive been waiting for the right time to open my Espresso Shop.

My area is a developing community and I have found a shop that is pretty much built out. Complete with walk in Freezer, Fridge, complete back room and small dining area.

I know a local coffee roaster I want to buy my coffee from, and I have some leads on who to use to assist in completing my dream.

I am not it this to make alot of money, but to live my passion.  Great Coffee, Great Espresso and Great Community involvement.

What are you thought on equipment?  Food? Frozen Coffee drinks?

I am thinking about Lamurzocco (sp)?  Air pots, Pour over, French Press....

How about Marketing?  Would you do some opening specials to draw in your customers?

Thank you

Anne

Hi Anne. I had been a cafe shop owner for about a year and I must say it is really a great experience to live your passion. I get all my supplies from a cafe supply store online, you can check MyCafeSupplies for quality coffee, takeaway cups, kitchenware & machines. I'm very much happy with them. And for marketing, I started out inviting a few very close friends & families to our soft opening and offering freebies on first a hundred customers (they're my loyal customers now). They worked! Good luck!
