Three shops, i saw the Two in Borough Market. They roast on site and first place i have seen pour-over in a shop. Oh... And stinking busy!

The Covent Garden shop is a great example of making the most of a tiny tiny space. Nothing like the community life of sharing tables with strangers. Great coffee offerings too!
