again and again monin brand and specially bcs you have a coffee shop and you need the best for your business.
so that mean that you tried both brands and you came out wih that decesion,, right?\
Monin all the way. We've used them for years at our shop. I don't think anything compares. Tastes more like the natural flavor of what you're looking for with less sweetness.
I'd say try some drinks, side by side. Compare, & see what your customers prefer.
Contact your prospective suppliers and have them send samples. Pick two or three flavors, try them side-by-side (blind is best), and pick your favorite, like Matthew said.

We did this with Torani and Monin before we opened, which were the most readily available to us at that time. I liked the Monin for the spice and nut flavors, very clean and true.
brady .. i v been reading your replys since i joined here ,, thanks for your advice,,,
hello guys ,reply to your coments you can't compare natural flavors with any kind of syrups.
concerning the comparison between torani and monin there's a huge difference in all the flavors.
bcs in torani they are using more than 50% sugar and all the flavors are artificial instead od monin some of the monin flavors and specialy the fruit it contains a good percentage of natural flavors.
your are welcome guys.
Adib Maksoud: I strongly suggest that you stop promoting Monin as you have been. I prefer Monin, but I am not paid by Monin to say so. Please refer to the Acceptable Use Policy.

Moving on.

Monin isn't as sweet as Philibert Routin, from my experience. And, as Brady has already said, the flavors taste "cleaner" when less sugar is being added.

There are more and more natural syrups popping up on the market, so it may be worth your while to shop around and ask for samples from various syrup manufacturers before making a decision.

That having been said, between the two I prefer Monin, but I don't think it wise to make a decision based on the opinions of other people without having tasted a variety of products yourself.
