Mid michigan barista school class question

Just won a 200 off coupon for classes!!! So wanna take an awsome one what would you recomend? I've been in coffee for about ten years now and love it! But can always learn more any suggestions?

I hate to ask a question for a question but, are there any skills you can see in your own self that you could improve upon?   If it where me, I would focus on those things.
