Have 8 Mazzers and no manual. Never seemed a need! Maybe someday I'll buy a new Mazzer and get a manual to see what I'm missing :)

Adjustment:

1. Start motor.
2. Turn collar left (CW) for coarser grind.
3. Turn collar right (CCW) for finer grind.

But doesn't it also work better standing on your left foot turning right and your right foot turning left or is that vice-versa?
