Not sure if this is something common or not,
but I figured what the heck.

I am considering opening a coffee shop in Louisiana
and looking for an opportunity to get some
experience In a shop before jumping head
in. I will be in Portland for the month of July to
try and take as much in as possible before
making the jump. Looking to work somewhere
around 20 hours a week and not necessarily
looking for a check. As long as it is a place where
I can get some experience I will gladly trade
my time for the experience.

I currently own a Synesso & Mazzer Robur and
have a bit of experience working on a
commercial machine. Also I have had some private
training.

I know this may not be something completely
normal for the industry, but I figured the worst
thing someone could say would be "no thanks."

Please let me know If you may be interested
(or know someone who would be) and it is
Greatly appreciated.
