I need some comparison or advice on the pucks I am dumping using the La Marzocco double basket in my La Marzocco. Every puck is dumping whole, except for the corner edges at the bottom of the basket. It requires using a dry paper towel and removing the grounds before running another drink. Does anyone else have this problem or are your pucks coming out intact? The timing on the double espressos are always within 26 to 31 seconds, not counting pre-infusion and they taste good.

The spent pucks discarded from the single basket always come intact with no residue and the timing on the single is varied.
