Im pretty sure he was asking for helpful "tips" not suggesting he keep his employees tips. I know you were joking though. Anyway I know he is looking for ways to draw in more customers. It seems we cant get more then just the usuals and a few new comers each day and sales are starting to suffer. What modes of advertisement have other people used and did they work? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To be brutally honest, from a look at your website not the type of place or menu that appears to be quality coffee focused. No amount or type of advertising would get me to visit. But I may not be normal, been chasing fresh roasted fresh ground fresh brewed coffee since 1984.

I agree with Mike.  Trim the fat from the menu and focus on making amazing drinks.  It has been done in a similar business model to yours...consider Gwilym.  Location could be a huge factor, too.
