I took over a small coffee shop a few years back it has a ice cream freezer. It has space for 8 flavors. Really all I have done so far is keep it stocked with ice cream. Was thinking of expanding with hot fudge maybe strawberry topping, cones while we have a Dairy Queen and a small ice cream shop in town no  one has anything other than soft serve. Any Thoughts!!!
